How we live right now(monetary system) vs. A Resource based system?

As My readers know i'm a huge supporter of the venus project and very much feel that this is where we are heading as something similer but much more grander then we can imagine.

Lets say you go to the store and buy a new bike then you are going to have to find a spot for it in your garage or on your porch where it can be stored so lets say you ride that bike for 20 hours for your whole life or lets say 30 hours. So those other hours that your not riding the bike you are doing something else, lets say you get bored with your bike and you want a motorcycle in stead which unless you get a Hydrogen Bike and you ride that like all the time, so that bike you bought is now just collecting dust along with many other things that you don't use anymore.

Now when you go to a Library you don't have to pay to check out a book now do you? You borrow it and bring it back when done with it. Why can't our civilization be alot like the library you check out a motorcycle or a bike then you bring it back when your done with it. Also you can always try out a different motorcycle each time. Just one item per one person though. Now wouldn't that be a much better way of doing things instead of working as a slave to save up for that motorcycle then you have to factor in the repair costs and the fuel costs.

Just something for all of you to think about how our future can be different. Where we share everything we have to everyone. There will be no crime, no killing, no scarcity, and no one homeless. Everyone will be taking care of each other by contributing for the better of mankind.

I love servicing others so much that i volunteer at my community Hospital doing many different things, the problem is i can only volunteer for a few hours a week since they have enough volunteers that come in.

I would not mind keeping up inventory and lending items out from a warehouse that would be alot of fun. I would do it for free because i would enjoy something like that.

I feel that our future is going to be very similer to the Venus project in some way, but i also feel that many of us will move back to nature and have homes built into the land like Earth ships, if you havn't heard of Earth ships go to Earth ships.net They are remarkable and are much cheaper to build and affordable to live in as of now.

The Banner for Earth ships are on the bottom of this blog.

I have given away so much stuff in the past year or so that it really feels good to git rid of things that i don't use anymore. I have my giant big screen tv that i probably turn on to see if it still works like once in 2 months, i'm still looking for someone to buy that since i don't use it, I would love to give it away but like all of you, I have to pay for my internet and cable to keep my broadband going and many other bills that i just wish i could end. I don't have any credit cards so i don't have to pay off any debt from the credit cards but i do have one loan to pay off, which i got under 3 years ago at the time it was very important to get a loan since i had to pay for repairs for my vehicle.

So with the technology and resources that we have today there is no reason for us to be on a monetary system what so ever.
This is Very Important
Another thing that you all might want to do is stop using your cell phones, now i understand to keep one for emergencies but they are extremely dangerous when put up to the ear or when you carry it with you.

I have noticed a huge difference from getting rid of my old cell phone and not using one for a long time. I do have a TRac phone but hardly ever use it, since it's just for emergencies. I do have a home phone that if anyone needs to get a hold of me.

So this post is a little different and i just wanted to explain how we live now vs how we can live in a much more sustainable, full of Abundance future (Resource Based System).
