My plan would be first Education and Awareness this will be the Phase 1. Awareness of the problems that we have in the world, awareness of the monetary system and government.
Phase 2. Education and Transparency of all Technology that exists in the world today, every person will be educated of course by choice on all technology that exists. Transparency Law will be that all Technology must be known through out the world. I know it's a law but that is the only way to keep Transparency.
Phase 3. Education on all materials that we can use to build a society and also understand what an individual can do to be a part of this transformation.
Phase 4. Like Jacque said do a survey of everything we have from metals to technology.
Phase 5. find all Hidden technology that has been hidden in underground facilities, and used by the super rich. Release these incredible advanced Technologies to the global community, not selling this Technology.
Phase 6. Create the Artificial super computer brain to run everything around the world, and program it to assist in human life and the planet, and to the protect the planet from any harm.
Phase 7. Governments and Politicians, while the mass public is educated and understand this way of life, Then they can end governments and politicians. Then start a new form of leadership which i can call a Council of Nine ex. (council of nine people for your township, your city, your county, your state, Your country and the world. A form of nine people for each country on assisting the cities, and counties, and townships for growth and transparency, by using a voting system through the council of nine.
Now for the Council of nine for the world, one representative from each culture be a part of a World Council that looks over all countries and only serves the best interest of the planet not just the people.
Phase 8A. when all first 7 phases are complete then we can get into action phase. Where each individual on the planet works day and night to put this plan into action. Each person will have his and her own tasks if they choose to. We assign tasks for each job that people can volunteer to do, not forced to do. The ones who don't want to help or be a part of this project they won't get the feeling of being part of something incredible as a human race and they will feel so much guilt for not helping that is they're price, but we are not going to leave them out of the system even if they don't want to help. Children can also help if they choose to, we can assign different tasks for the different age groups of children. Now at the same time all this is going on while each group of people are working on a project, other groups are going through an education process of what jobs they chose to do. For an example: One group will be working with materials creating the machines and robots while the other group educates and trains using hands on and videos on how to conduct and manufacture machines and robots for a personal job. Do you all understand what i'm talking about.
Phase 8B:
Now to the monetary system that we have, another one that is going to take education on the entire monetary system and how it works and why it's dysfunctional. Facts and Hard evidence will help this educational process along.
Education on how to end the monetary for good, to start bartering goods and services without money or metals like coins. While everyone will be trained and educated on the meaning of trading and sharing and how it will benefit them. Most people don't understand the benefits of trading and sharing because they have been taught using a currency all they're life so this is a must and needs to be in the beginning phases.
Another part of Phase 8C, is over produce, and over manufacture everything, so there is a full of abundance of, but not hurting the planet at the same time. Example: (make tons of omega gardens and over produce them so there is no need for people being starved to death). Over produce on Watering filtering systems and creating tons of those ecoloblue devices that makes water out of thin air, but also add solar technology on to them so they work out in deserts and places like Africa. There will be a full abundance of those then. No one will get thirsty if we had one of those on every corner of every street.
Phase 8D, is the dismantle of our old cities by also recycling the materials that we have from the old design of the cities and re use these materials to assist and help build the new cities. We can't just build one city as a test city that is not going to work, we have to build cities all over the place. We can start in places where it is the most hardest to build them like for instance in places in Africa and in some deserts, or extreme cold places, this alone will test on how the cities can be run in tough climate parts of the world.
Phase 9: Transportation/Energy/Homes while we will have temporary homes for the people who are working to create this new world and have these temporary homes so strong to withstand any climate and they have to have they're own power source, A group in Austraillia is already creating something like this which you can find them on Youtube called the Galactic Federation which they are preparing for 2012, which i don't feel it is the end of the world but a new beginning for all of us.
As for the transportation we must have a transportation system set up for people to get from they're temporary homes to they're designated work stations, or education stations. Now no one is forced to work or be educated, but all people must have a home to live in and have food and water to eat and drink. If they don't want to be part of something on such a grand scale that it will be they're own choice and guilt for not helping.
PHase 10: when all is done and said every human who contributed and helped with this major project could get a sort of metal or ribbon of achievement that says (Global Earth Transformation Project) and also says (Thankyou for your great accomplishment at helping to make this planet and world a cleaner and much more sustainable world.
People who havn't helped this world won't get the metal or ribbon it is the only thing that will have a burden on the people who havn't helped create this new way of life. That doesn't mean they will be left out of the cities, they will just have the burden on they're shoulders. This is the only thing that must be kept quiet so people will not know about a ceremony. This ceremony will be presented on a world ceremony platform in a designated Brand new city that will be the central planet earth city also where the super computer brain is located.
So this might be way far out there from what we see today but this plan is very well thought out, and can work if the whole of the world must decide on a better path.
Once we finish transforming the planet and making the transformation life will be like living in heaven atleast almost. It won't be perfect at first but it will be a start and this new system can grow and evolve over time, while technology and education grows along with this. People will do what they choose to do on they're own. They can choose anything that they want.
