Aspartame: Don't use it

This is very important, I've learned that it is a poison now ive known this for some time but it is way worse than poison. Atleast that is what i'm learning now. I had to post this to warn you all to not use these products. This will also have a huge effect on your mind and spiritual development.

Artifical flavors

Why is this so important, well for women especially if your pregnant your child will have defects and disorders. It causes alot of headaches and it causes all kinds of problems. There are many other symptoms but i'm not sure of all of them. Just get off of it and you will be fine. The Link is the title for the Article.

I used to use all the time, I used to get rashes all the time and couldn't figure out why i was getting rashes. Now i know that it was the sweeteners i was using in my tea. Now i found Natural Organic sugar i buy for my tea, but i don't use too much of it. I still have a sweet tooth for Chocolatte. As of lately i've been trying to stay away from chocolatte except for the cookies that i eat every now and then. I suppose i'll have to quit those to.

This chemical is in alot of drinks and foods. So i strongly suggest looking at the labels of things. and buy all natural products, or organic.

Aero Garden

Oh i went ahead and bought an Aero Garden to grow some vegetables and i have to tell you it is really neat, and it is so easy to grow any seed kit. I have to wait for 3-4 weeks to i get to try some of the Lettuce i'll be growing. I also got some tomatos, green beans, and some Herbs to grow.

I like it so much it would be nice to buy another one so i could grow some flowers in my home, or add some more vegetables. It's a little pricy but i found that it is very well worth it. It comes with complete instructions and one seed kit. Also it grows 3 to 4 times faster than if you were planting a normal small garden.

Also you can grow all year round. Now you do have to keep it plugged in for the whole time. So maybe if you have Solar panels you can hook up to it and you wouldn't have to plug it to the grid.

Yes i'm still on the Grid with electricity. I really want to get off grid but moving is not an option right now for me.
